Kerhotten is situated right in the heart of rural Brittany, a 300 year old commune of 4 superb individual detached cottages a with shared swimming pool at the end of a leafy country lane.  No passing traffic, nestling in 3 acres of land on the edge of the picturesque LAC DU DORDU. Kerhotten provides a wonderful base to explore this enchanting area of France at any time of year.

We are some 8kms north of Guemene-sur-Scorff, Guemene is a pretty, old town in the heart of South Brittany in the department of Morbihan. It hosts some fine mediaeval houses, the ruins of an old castle, and is reputed for its prize-winning sausages - ideal for the BBQ

Pontivy is 7kms, an old medieval town with its pedestrian streets and open squares, Pontivy is pleasant to wander around and has some interesting shops and restaurants as well as a weekly market in the main street.

The local village on Langoelan offers a bar, pizzeria, bar restaurant and a boulangerie and is accessed via a beautiful lake side stroll of 20 min's or 2 min's in the car, there is also a lake side bar cafe.
